Custom Cabinets — common questions
How is this different from a flat-pack kitchen?
It is built to the wall it lives on — full height, scribed to out-of-square walls, no filler panels and no wasted gap above the units. Flat-pack is cheaper and faster; this fits.
What hardware do you use?
Soft-close hinges and runners as standard. Hardware is where cheap joinery fails first, so it is worth asking any contractor which brand they are quoting.
Can you match an existing finish?
Usually. Bring a door or a photo with something for scale and we will match the colour and grain direction as closely as the material allows.
