Prices on this site

All prices are in UAE dirhams and are indicative. They reflect the standard build of each piece and are current at the time of publishing.

Fabric upgrades, custom dimensions and delivery outside Dubai change the price. The written quote you receive is the binding one, not the figure on a product page.

Orders and payment

No order is placed and no payment is taken through this website. An enquiry is a request for a quote, not a purchase.

An order exists once you have confirmed a written quote with us directly. Payment terms are agreed at that point.

Delivery and assembly

Delivery within Dubai and assembly in the room are included in quoted package prices unless stated otherwise.

Lead times quoted are working estimates. If a date will slip we tell you as soon as we know, rather than on the day.

Warranty

Frames, joinery and mechanisms we build carry a one-year structural warranty from delivery.

Fabric wear, foam softening, and damage from misuse or unsuitable cleaning are not covered.

Product images

Photographs are representative. Natural materials vary, and screens render colour differently, so we recommend requesting a fabric sample before confirming a large order — we post them free.
