Fit-out is priced by area, condition and finish, so we do not publish a rate that would be wrong for your place. The survey is free and the written quote is fixed.

Slab selection happens at the yard with you — veining varies block to block, so we do not pick it for you from a photograph.

- Approvals. Where the building needs them, we prepare and submit the drawings.
- Execution. Our own team, sequenced against the other trades on site.
- Handover. Snag list walked with you, site cleared, waste removed.

Can I choose the exact slab?
Yes, and you should. Veining changes block to block, so we take you to the yard to pick and tag the slabs before cutting. Choosing marble from a photograph is how people end up disappointed.
Marble or porcelain for a Dubai floor?
Porcelain is harder, non-porous and cheaper to maintain; marble looks better and needs sealing and care. For high-traffic areas and family homes we usually recommend large-format porcelain that reads as stone.
Do you remove the existing floor?
Yes. Lifting the old finish, disposing of it and levelling the screed underneath are all included in the quote — that preparation is what decides whether the new floor lasts.
