Lighting layout, fixtures and control
Lighting planned as a layout rather than a shopping list — layers, circuits and switching worked out against the ceiling and joinery before first fix.
Measured on site, then quoted as one fixed price
Fit-out is priced by area, condition and finish, so we do not publish a rate that would be wrong for your place. The survey is free and the written quote is fixed.
Electrical work is carried out by a licensed contractor. We set out and coordinate the lighting; the certified connection is theirs.

- Approvals. Where the building needs them, we prepare and submit the drawings.
- Execution. Our own team, sequenced against the other trades on site.
- Handover. Snag list walked with you, site cleared, waste removed.

Light Work — common questions
Do you do the electrical connection?
The certified connection is carried out by a licensed electrical contractor. We design the layout, set out the positions and coordinate the trades; we do not certify the wiring ourselves.
How many downlights does a room need?
Fewer than most quotes assume. Layered lighting — some downlights, some cove, a pendant and a lamp circuit — reads far better than a grid of spots, and usually costs less to run.
Can I add dimming later?
Only if the circuits and driver types allow it, which is why we decide dimming at layout stage. Retrofitting it usually means replacing drivers behind a finished ceiling.
