Do I need building approval?
For most work in Dubai buildings, yes — owners-association or developer sign-off, and DDA or Trakhees permits for structural changes. We prepare and submit the drawings as part of the programme.
How long does a full fit-out take?
An apartment is typically six to ten weeks, a villa longer, depending on approvals and material lead times. We give you a programme with the quote, not just a price.
Can I live in the property during the work?
For a single room, usually. For a full fit-out, no — there is demolition, dust and no working kitchen or bathroom for weeks. We will be straight with you about this at the survey.
